1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes personal care and accessories, gift cards and digital products, as well as final sale or archive items.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
