1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A valid proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

3. THE PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
